I have trained at various restaurants since the age of 22, but when I had the opportunity to live overseas, I rediscovered Japanese hospitality and the excellence of Japanese cuisine. At the same time, I realized that I had a passion to share this with people in Japan and those overseas.
I always hoped to find a place to express this passion someday.
I continued my training with this in mind, and now, through a chance encounter in Higashimikuni, I am pleased to announce the opening of Sushiya Tsutau.
I will make every effort to share the excellence of Japanese cuisine with as many people as possible from all over the world.
